This week will be dedicated to in-class conferences. I will meet with you each individually over the course of the next two weeks to discuss your portfolio revision of our first essay. Each of you must bring a copy of your essay in class as well as Rules for Writers. Each of you will be revising your paper and working on grammar exercises with the aim of producing the best portfolio draft possible. I will give you more details in class this week. Nonetheless, it is imperative that you bring in a copy of your paper to class. If you have a laptop, you can bring it to class these next two weeks.
Coming prepared to class this week will mean bringing copies of essay #1 and essay #3, as well as the required reading for both essays. Don't waste your class time. I will ask you to account for your time at the end of every class.
